Welcome to HPA Board
The objective of the Academy is to impart professional training to police personnel; so as to develop qualities of command and leadership among them and to foster ideals of professional commitment in public service. The Training shall also improve their physical fitness, impart professional knowledge, the proficiency and keenness of the trainees and inculcate in them those habits of health, activity, discipline, self reliance, cleanliness, dignity of labour, keen observation, courtesy and straight forwardness in the execution of their work, which are essential to a police officers.
